We are now looking for a Customer Success Team Member to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Customer Success Team Member, you’ll be at the centre of our customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Working collaboratively, you’ll process customer orders and requests with precision and speed, maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail at every stage.

You will focus on building strong, positive relationships with existing and new customers, helping them access a trusted range of fire safety products and equipment at competitive prices.

Additionally, you will:

- Record all enquiries and quote requests in our CRM
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Manage customer expectations around delivery times and stock availability
- Promote our rewards programme
- Arrange returns, collections, and credits in line with company policy

About You

To be considered as a Customer Success Team Member, you will need:

- At least two years’ experience in a similar role or co-ordinator position
- Excellent telephone relationship-building skills
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- At a minimum, five GCSEs (at grades A-C/9-4) including English and Mathematics
