Where you will be working: Location: St Alphege Road, Dover, Kent CT16 2PU As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in: Organising and overseeing the smooth running of shifts Supervising and supporting care staff Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of service users Responding to challenges with professionalism and empathy Engaging in community activities alongside service users You’ll be part of an inclusive, supportive team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality care. As a Senior Support worker you will have: Proven experience in mental health and complex needs care NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Leadership skills and a proactive approach A caring nature and willingness to support with personal hygiene Strong communication skills and a good sense of humour The ability to manage challenging behaviours with resilience and positivity Embody Elysium’s values of Kindness, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
