The Position
You will work with individual pupils and groups of pupils, under the direction of a teacher/line manager, introducing tasks, monitoring pupils’ work and using a range of strategies to support their learning. You will have the ability to draw on your skills and knowledge to respond effectively to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a willingness and desire to learn and to gain knowledge and develop skills to improve your work performance.
A flexible, patient and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team.
