Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in assessing children’s learning and planning lessons accordingly.
• Proven ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Commitment to creating a positive classroom environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to school development.
• Willingness and capability to lead a subject area.
Desirable Qualities:
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and inclusive school community.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to professional development.
