Field Sales Executive - Dynamic Role in a Growing Team

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Field Sales Executive to represent our client's high-quality services across several key regions. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and working autonomously while being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect.

This is a field-based, customer-facing position that offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact through every conversation.

Salary & Commission

  • £28,000 - £30,000 base salary

  • Uncapped commission - reward based on performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our client's services directly to customers within your region

  • Represent the brand professionally, sharing its mission, values, and commitment to quality

  • Secure new customers through direct engagement and tailored conversations

  • Meet and exceed weekly sales targets

  • Travel throughout your assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays

Territory

Covering communities across:

  • Gloucestershire

  • Worcestershire

  • Herefordshire

  • Shropshire

  • North Wales

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are required.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (includes travel time)

  • Occasional overnight stays as needed

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: £28,000 - £30,000
