About the Company:
We are a UK-based fintech and financial education company developing proprietary financial optimisation software designed to help individuals and businesses make smarter financial decisions. Our platform combines education, automation, and personalised financial tools to empower long-term success.
We are now seeking a Business Manager to lead from the front — ensuring company strategy is executed with precision, discipline, and measurable results. This is a hands-on command position for a leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and performance.
Role Overview:
As Business Manager, you will act as the operational commander of the business — ensuring that strategic plans and company policies are implemented effectively, teams are aligned, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
You will be responsible for driving execution across all business units, maintaining control over performance, and issuing timely, accurate reports in line with company procedures. This role requires a leader who combines authority with operational insight — someone who ensures plans become actions and results follow.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement company strategy and enforce policy compliance across all departments.
Lead with authority, maintaining discipline, clarity, and accountability throughout the organisation.
Direct daily operations to ensure objectives, KPIs, and deliverables are met or exceeded.
Oversee performance reporting and ensure all documentation and updates align with company standards.
Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring unity of direction and operational consistency.
Maintain effective digital communication and oversight using Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Drive operational efficiency, process adherence, and data-led decision-making.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external engagements.
Requirements:
Proven senior leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, or a comparable results-driven environment.
A track record of executing strategy, enforcing accountability, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong command of operational management, KPI tracking, and reporting processes.
Exceptional leadership presence — decisive, disciplined, and focused on performance.
Proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Suite for management and communication.
Ability to manage and motivate distributed teams to operate as one coordinated unit.
UK-based or able to work UK business hours.
Fully equipped home office setup, including reliable internet connectivity and a professional working environment.
What We Offer:
Autonomy and authority to lead operations and deliver results.
Competitive salary reflective of the seniority and responsibility of the role.
A mission-driven environment where strong leadership directly shapes growth and success.
