SEN Teaching Assistant - ADHD Support (Primary School, Worsley)

Location: Worsley, Greater Manchester
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only
Start Date: October Half-term
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education?
An inclusive and supportive Primary School in Worsley is seeking a motivated SEN TA to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 tailored support to a pupil with ADHD, helping them engage positively in lessons and school life

Implement individual learning strategies and behavioural interventions in line with the child's EHCP

Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENDCo, and external professionals to ensure consistent progress

About You

Experience supporting children with ADHD or additional needs in a school setting

A calm, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team

Ideally hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
