St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking a Regional Facilities Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust
The Regional Facilities Manager will support schools within the Trust within a designated area, ensuring best practices are in place within the school facilities teams. The role will include travel to schools to ensure compliance with all aspects of health & safety and statutory routines and will additionally support and implement training and development. The role will include responsibilities to oversee the planning, monitoring and evaluation of general maintenance and the development of capital improvements.

- Bring their experience of facilities management and be confident to lead a facilities team
- Contribute to the professional development of the facilities team
- Promote best practices in relation to Health & Safety compliance
- Have experience of working within a school environment
- Understand and have experience of leading school capital improvement projects
- Have experience of developing energy management strategies
