Leadership Development Opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint a class teacher who will drive forward and inspire the learning and teaching in our thriving 60 place Reception Unit and who will take on the Leadership of phonics across school. St Matthew’s C of E Primary School is a vibrant, successful and highly ambitious two-form entry school located in Chadderton, Oldham. - Understand the importance of using assessment for learning to raise standards and improve pupil achievement.
- Understand how to bring learning to life and be committed to developing and sustaining engagement in learning strategies
- Contribute to the hardworking, dedicated and caring ethos of the school and build positive relations with children, colleagues, parents and governors.
A DBS Disclosure at enhanced level will be requested for the successful candidate, who will also need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of current child protection and safeguarding requirements.
