Crynodeb
What experience/ skills are needed? The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience in a maternity or womens health setting at a senior band 5 or band 6 level. Research experience is desirable but not essential as you will be given full training by our Research Midwives and senior leaders, with oversight from our research education team. A keen interest in research and progressing health outcomes for our patient population is essential. Leadership and/ or project management experience will be of particular importance as we work on many research studies at a time, requiring IT skills and a keen attention to detail. We do cover a 24/7 service, though unsociable working hours are down to individual study need and therefore infrequent, and with sufficient notice.
