12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

As our Candidate Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and people-first recruitment journey. Supporting our healthcare teams, you'll ensure every candidate feels informed, valued, and supported from application to offer.

This is a hybrid role based across our Epsom Head Office and Barbican Support Centre, with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating interviews and managing diaries for hiring managers and candidates

  • Preparing interview packs and ensuring panels are fully briefed

  • Maintaining a live log of interview activity and candidate progress

  • Using Workday ATS to move candidates through the recruitment pipeline

  • Supporting candidate screening and producing weekly reports

  • Liaising with hiring managers to gather availability, feedback, and arrange wash-up sessions

  • Assisting with social media content to promote roles and showcase our employer brand

  • Representing the Talent Acquisition team with professionalism and warmth in all communications

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role (ideally in recruitment or HR)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Confidence using or learning systems like Workday

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • A proactive, people-focused mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) is a bonus
