We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and tech-savvy Wellness Host to join our team and support colleagues in making the most of our fitness and wellness facilities.
Job Description
As a Wellness Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our wellness space, guiding colleagues through our digital wellness ecosystem and ensuring they have a positive and safe experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the facility’s standards, supporting users with technical queries, and promoting wellness offerings across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact within the fitness and wellness facility
- Provide technical support for digital wellness solutions and gym equipment
- Manage CRM software for memberships, bookings, and procedures
- Deliver exceptional welcome experiences in-person and via digital channels
- Promote wellness offerings through walkarounds, engagement, and social media
- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable wellness space including changing rooms, lockers, and studios
- Log helpdesk tickets and liaise with service partners as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to external providers and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational skills and familiarity with digital systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced level)
- Confidence using digital fitness solutions and CRM platforms
- First aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
- Passion for health, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
