We're looking for a Learning and Teaching Digital Co-Ordinator to lead the way in designing and delivering cutting-edge academic development programmes that empower our educators and inspire our learners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and deliver engaging staff development workshops-both online and in person.
Design and implement forward-thinking digital learning programmes for academic teams.
Enhance the QA Academy, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and pedagogical excellence.
Collaborate with academic teams to improve digital user experience and boost student engagement.
Champion best practices in digital pedagogy, blended learning, and innovative teaching methods.
Support key learning initiatives through effective coordination and administration.
What You'll Bring:
A degree-level qualification (essential); a Master's or equivalent is a plus.
A teaching qualification or HEA membership, or a strong track record in higher education teaching with a commitment to professional development.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
A solid understanding of digital learning platforms, pedagogy, and user experience.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for educational innovation.
