Job Description
As the most senior member of the Wellness Team, you’ll guide Wellness Hosts in delivering an exceptional experience to colleagues using our fitness and wellness facilities. You’ll ensure the space is safe, welcoming, and digitally enabled, while overseeing daily operations, compliance, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are upheld across all wellness services.
- Manage digital wellness platforms and CRM systems for bookings and memberships.
- Promote wellness offerings creatively through on-site and digital engagement.
- Provide technical support for fitness equipment and digital solutions.
- Oversee administrative duties and report regularly to management.
- Respond to reactive maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end, customer-facing role.
- Technically confident with digital fitness tools and Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced).
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- First aid certified (or willing to be trained).
- Comfortable lifting up to 25kg.
- Passionate about health, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
