Crynodeb

Vibe Recruit is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a successful and growing company based in Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised warehouse environment as part of a professional and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and possess basic IT skills to assist with stock systems and data entry.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

  • Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

  • 37.5 hours per week

Pay

  • £13.33 per hour

  • Weekly pay through Vibe Recruit

Duties

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

  • Managing goods-in and goods-out processes

  • Updating internal stock systems using computers or handheld devices

  • Performing stock checks and maintaining accurate records

  • Labelling and scanning products for dispatch

  • Keeping the warehouse area tidy and compliant with health and safety standards

  • Supporting team members to meet daily and weekly targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience

  • Comfortable using IT systems (stock control, scanners, basic data entry)

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
