Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £30,910 to £38,638 per annum plus £2329 car allowance (salary offered dependent on experience)
Location: Dartford, Kent (agile working, offering flexibility between office and home)
Contract: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Income Officer to join our Income and Advice Services Team in Dartford on a permanent basis! You will split your time between working from our office in Dartford, being out and about on your patch, as well as having the opportunity to work from home.
In this role, you will effectively manage rent, service charge and debt collection for a mixed tenure patch including rented homes, homeowners, and garages empowering our customers to sustain their tenancies.
What you'll be passionate about:
• Working hard for our customers and taking pride in making a difference to their lives.
• Promoting a rent on time culture, which means ensuring rent is be paid when due with customers never being in arrears.
• Working collaboratively with other teams to understand our customers’ needs and ensuring that the best outcomes are delivered with internal processes managed smoothly and effectively.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience.
Hours and Terms:
• This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week.
• You will be required to work on a rota covering business hours of either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• You must have a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes. Please indicate that you have both on your application.
