We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Westfield Farm Coordinator.

Westfield Farm Community Resource and Training Centre is located at The Green in Dormanstown, Redcar. is a vibrant hub which provides support with IT, job searching, training opportunities, and volunteering roles in environmental projects.

The role will require you to:

Coordinate activities at Westfield Farm

Monitor the environment ensuring it is safe for customers and colleagues

Support volunteers with daily tasks in the reception and garden

Record and collate information relating to the farm building and activities that take place



We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and their communities. As a key member of our employability service, you'll support individuals as they take their next steps in life, so a positive attitude and the ability to work independently using your own initiative will be important to your success in this role.
