We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Westfield Farm Coordinator. Westfield Farm Community Resource and Training Centre is located at The Green in Dormanstown, Redcar. It provides a place for individuals to go if they are needing support with IT, job searching, looking for training opportunities, and those wanting to get involved with our volunteering roles in the environment.

The role will require you to coordinate the activity taking place at Westfield Farm, monitoring the environment to ensure that is it safe for customers and colleagues alike, supporting volunteers within the environment with daily tasks in the reception and garden, recording and collating information relating to the building and activity within.

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual that is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and communities. The successful candidate will be part of our Employability service who support individuals taking their next steps in life, so a positive attitude and ability to work on their own initiative will be important.

The closing date for applications is 24 October 2025, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert, and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.

If you are interested and would like to have an informal chat about the role, feel free to contact Maria Taylor, Apprentice & Volunteer Team Leader on 07976 750368.
