We are seeking a dedicated and skilled people to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with hands-on experience in using various tools and technologies. This role involves electrically assembling Caravan & Marina Hook Up Units and Electrical Service Pedestals , troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble Caravan & Marina Hook Up Units and Service Pedestals from circuit and wiring diagrams using hand tools and power tools.
Assist with assembly of metering equipment inside Hook Up Units and Service Pedestals.
Assemble and solder Water Pipe Fittings from diagrams.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on factory machinery if required.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they arise during production.
Assist with Electrical Testing on finished products using an RCD Tester and Multi Meter
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on mechanical knowledge and electrical systems.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Having own hand tools is essential. Power tools needed will be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A proactive approach to learning new skills and technologies related to the role.
Previous Electrical experience working is advantageous
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12:30pm.
