Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Conducting observations, monitoring, and accurately recording patients' conditions, including vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, blood glucose, weight). Performing phlebotomy (blood taking) for diagnostic purposes. Conducting new patient health checks and NHS Health Checks. Performing Electrocardiograms (ECGs). Administering routine injections, such as B12, flu, and pneumonia, following appropriate training and within scope of practice. Providing basic wound care and assisting with suture/clip removal. Preparing and maintaining clinical rooms and equipment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control. Processing and preparing laboratory samples for collection. Maintaining patient health records and updating information as required. Providing health promotion advice and emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring effective communication.
