Crynodeb
The successful post holders will join a varied and well-established Band 5 Physiotherapy 6 monthly rotational programme. You will be using evidence based/ patient centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions of the service user group. The post holder will take a holistic approach in the assessment and treatment of service users / patients, being responsible for the provision of appropriate, high quality Physiotherapy to a defined caseload. You will work in partnership with other professionals and as an integral member of the Physiotherapy teams and wider MDT, supporting service user's and their families and carer's side by side.
