Crynodeb
The job covers 10 PAs including 8 clinical activities and 2 supportingactivities and CPD. These will include, some shifts on the weekend. Annualappraisal will be carried out by Clinical lead for department, in which theapplicant is based, and approved by Medical Director. Any disagreementregarding job plan or appraisal will be referred to Medical Director. It is expected the post holder will be able to independently see patients,formulate appropriate management plans and liaise with the AECconsultant if needed. They would also, be able to provide to junior doctorsworking in AEC with advice if required. The post holder would ideally be independent in performing procedures. Ifneeded post holder could be appropriately trained and signed off to acompetent level. The post holder would contribute to Acute Medicineteaching as well.
