The Role – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students aged 11–16 in class, providing targeted academic and emotional support. You will assist pupils with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and progress academically.
The Graduate Learning Support Assistant will collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to adapt materials, deliver interventions, and ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Minimum 2:1 degree (Psychology or related degrees advantageous)
