We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our team as an
Associate Teacher. In this role, you will take a lead in running our Arc Room – a
vital reintegration space designed to support some of our most vulnerable
learners as they transition back into school life. Working closely with a small,
dedicated team, you will also provide key administrative support, ensuring the
smooth delivery of this important provision.
No two days will be the same, so adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude are
essential. You will play an active role in delivering interventions, supporting SEND
pupils, and helping young people write their own success stories.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with energy, empathy, and drive to
make a real difference. Along the way, you will gain valuable skills and experiences
that provide an excellent foundation for those considering a future career in
teaching.
