Harper Adams University is seeking to appoint a new HR Business Partner who will report to the Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with teams, senior managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the University.
The incoming post-holder will find themselves with an opportunity to support our hard-working and thriving staff community. You will manage two HR Advisors and work with the Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development to develop employment policies, manage employee relations casework and coordinate organisational changes.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 7 CIPD Qualification or Qualification in HRM or HRD, or equivalent experience.
