Role Overview
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth admissions process and maintaining a professional and friendly reception area.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate resident admissions and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
• Assist with general enquiries and provide support to the wider care team
What We are Looking For
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (ideally in a care or healthcare setting)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• A compassionate and respectful approach to working with older people
