Crynodeb
We would like to welcome an experienced RGN Qualified General Practice Nurse who has completed the Fundamentals in General Practice Nursing Course to join our team. Chronic Disease Management including Diabetes or Respiratory, Childrens Immunisations, Cervical Screening, Travel Health and Wound Management with an understanding of QOF are essential requirements for this role. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team player. The ability to work under pressure is essential. EMIS Web experience would be desirable but not essential as full training would be given.
