What youll do: As a Primary Care Mental Health Administrator, youll be at the heart of service delivery. You will: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, using patient information systems to ensure accurate record-keeping Manage referrals and maintain accurate patient waiting lists Coordinate appointments, diaries, rotas and clinic schedules Organise meetings, including preparation and minute taking Provide reception and telephone support as needed Your work will help ensure that people accessing our services experience a seamless, supportive and efficient journey.
