We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor (SO1) to join our educational team. Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students to reinforce understanding of subject matter
Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Assess student performance and progress throughout tutoring sessions
Provide feedback to students, parents, and teachers regarding academic performance
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students
Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring strategies with classroom learning objectives
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a one-on-one setting
Strong understanding of academic subjects, including but not limited to math, science, and language arts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for education and a commitment to student success

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £20.59
