In the role you will:
* Ensure all clients whether in person or by telephone are handled promptly, carefully and courteously and are appropriately directed.
* Provide general sales assistance to the relevant customers, staff and managers.

Check and respond to emails.
Provide information to callers.
Greet persons entering service.
Deal with queries from the public.
Maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere
Skills/experience required:
Training will be provided
To be considered for the full-time role of a salesperson, your CV needs to demonstrate experience of carrying out sales duties.
You will need: computer skills.
An outstanding telephone manner.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Excellent word processing skills.
Personal qualities:
Be well presented, confident and approachable.
Good networking skills
Good communication skills
Excellent phone manner with a friendly and professional tone
Good attention to detail
Proficient use of Microsoft office package.
Be able to handle pressure and multi task.
