The Role
This opportunity is ideal for either a trainee Conveyancing Paralegal looking to develop under a highly regarded firm or an experienced individual looking for ownership of a varied caseload and a key role in a dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
* Draft, review, and finalise legal documents such as contracts and title deeds.
* Carry out property searches and liaise with agents, lenders, and solicitors.
* Keep clients fully informed with regular updates on progress.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and firm policies.
* Ensure case records are accurate, and deadlines are consistently met.
* Contribute to the wider legal team, assisting with additional tasks where required.
About you
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in conveyancing and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will have:
* Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
* A comprehensive understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal obligations.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to handle multiple files efficiently and independently.
* Proficiency with legal case management systems and standard IT tools.
* A positive mindset and the confidence to find practical solutions.
