Hyde is looking for an Energy Advisor to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As an Energy Advisor at Hyde, you will play a key role in managing energy-related applications, data, and supplier relationships across our housing portfolio. You’ll ensure accurate metering, billing and contract management, handle energy-related customer complaints, and support Hyde’s sustainability and efficiency objectives through reliable and proactive service delivery.
Key Duties:
Review and process EVCP applications in line with Hyde’s policy, liaising with customers, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure safe and compliant installations.
Manage communal and out-of-contract meter processes, including onboarding new sites, resolving data anomalies, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain contract accuracy.
Handle energy-related complaints and queries, including communal supply billing, heat networks, EVCP issues, and solar PV, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Work collaboratively with external partners such as Eon, Inspired, Sycous and Switch2 to maintain accurate billing, site data, and portfolio information.
Provide energy consumption reports, data analysis, and insights to support internal teams, sustainability initiatives, and customer communications.

As an Energy Advisor we’re seeking someone who can bring:
Proven experience in energy administration, utilities management, or contract coordination.
