This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Medical Assessment Unit. MAU is a fast paced, developing area and we are now recruiting experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses who are ready for a new challenge.
We will offer a thorough induction package where the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills such as venepuncture, cannulations and ECG's will be provided.
We require a candidate that is organised, resilient and adaptable. We expect to see excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Above all else we require quality patient care to be your priority at all times.
We can offer full or part time hours, but flexibility is desired being able to work day's, night's and weekend shifts.
The job role requires assessment of patient's, initiating treatment plan, managing deteriorating patient's and assisting with patient flow through completing timely discharges and transfers to ward areas.
MAU can be a fast paced but exhilarating and highly rewarding place to work. We are dedicated in the promotion of staff well-being and there is always lots of support available from the senior nursing team.
