At Bishop Auckland College, we are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team. This role is vital in providing one-to-one and small group support for our learners across a range of vocational and academic programmes.
The ideal candidate will be required to have, or work towards within 1 year, a CACHE L3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent level 3 qualification in supporting in the classroom, Level 2 in Literacy (GCSE English grade C/4 or above) and experience of supporting young people with additional needs.

Hours: 21 hours per week, term time only, permanent position

This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
