Pay rate: £12.21 per hour PAYE, minimum wage applies

Role length: Anticipated 1 month

Working arrangements: 30 hours per week and hybrid

DBS requirement: Basic DBS



The role:

We are seeking an efficient and professional Administrator to support the Safeguarding Adult Boards team and wider partnership by undertaking the administrative functions that enable partners to meet their statutory duties and functions.

In order to be successful in this varied role, you will be an experienced administrator skilled in spreadsheets, mail merges, case management systems, diary coordination, meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and staff training bookings. Full training and support will be provided.



Key responsibilities:

Deliver or assist in the delivery of a range of administrative tasks which will include the use of spreadsheets, the mail merging of documents
Input and update of information on a Case Management system
Managing the SAB shared inbox, calendar and contacts and diary management
Arranging meetings, minute-taking and produce accurate minutes of SAB meetings and action plans
Booking of training for staff



What the client is looking for:

Experience of providing administrative support within a busy office
Experience of producing accurate and timely minutes recording the outcomes of meeting discussions
Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience of working across multiple partners/services and working flexibly to meet needs and achieve joint outcomes
Experience of data collection, management and analysis
Good communication skills at all levels in both written, verbal and visual formats
Well-developed professional interpersonal skills that promote an appropriate and professional response to challenging and difficult situations
Relevant numerical skills required to complete the full range of financial transactions
Ability to interpret, format and accurately present documents
Experience of working in a customer focused environment
