Search are partnered with a leading professional services firm, with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, to appoint a Senior Payroll Specialist.
This newly created position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of payroll and benefits operations for approximately 800 employees; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent colleague experience. Sitting within a collaborative People Engagement team, this role will also play a pivotal part in shaping reward strategy, driving process improvements, and delivering key people projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Manage benefits administration.
* Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus calculations.
* Lead and contribute to reward-related projects such as gender pay reporting and HRIS integration.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
About You
The ideal candidate is a senior payroll professional with strong technical expertise and good knowledge of benefit and reward. They'll combine operational excellence with the confidence to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
You'll bring:
* Extensive in-house or bureau payroll experience (Cintra experience advantageous).
* Proven knowledge of benefits administration and reward processes.
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience within professional services or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment.
