Location: Dundee (Hybrid - 3 days office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract (with strong potential for extension)
Travel: Occasional travel required for events
We are retained on behalf of a respected consultancy that supports philanthropic fundraising and strategic development for mission-driven organisations. Based in Dundee, they work with clients across the UK and internationally to deliver transformational impact through effective partnerships, campaigns, and communications.
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful client projects while supporting internal operations and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for client fundraising projects, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist the business development team with communications, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and client events, workshops, and conferences.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting scheduling and briefing preparation.
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements for senior team members.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are tracked and met.
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or business support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in event planning or stakeholder engagement is desirable.
