Thank you for showing an interest in our school. The Governors of Newlands Special School are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager (Level 2) to lead our busy school office team.
The successful applicant will:
- Be proactive and vigilant in their approach to safeguarding pupils.
- Play a key leadership role in managing the school’s finances, HR function and supporting administrative systems.
- Be an appropriate role model as a leader in our school community.
- Have the personal and social skills to communicate clearly and sensitively, establishing and sustaining good relationships with parents, pupils and other staff.
- Be caring, committed and highly motivated.
