Crynodeb
1. To work predominantly in Triage screening new referrals, clinical decision making and liaising with referrers/ other partner agencies 2. To undertake initial assessments of individuals and their families 3. To complete risk assessments and develop care plans 4. To contribute to risk management and safety planning 5. To ensure that clinical practice is evidence based and consistent with relevant NICE guidelines and Trust policies and procedures. To provide supervision of junior staff and trainees where appropriate
