We are seeking a Senior SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in a well-regarded school in Heywood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SEND experience to lead, mentor others, and make a real difference to pupils' lives.
You will provide high-level support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, SEMH, and ADHD. As a Senior SEN TA, you'll have responsibility for supporting and mentoring junior staff, contributing to planning interventions, and working closely with the SENCO and teaching team.
