Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation with state of the art office space who are looking for short term temporary receptionist to join the team in October. The office is based in Newton le Willows and due to office location, a driver with their own transport would be required.


What you will be doing as a Receptionist /Front of House Host?

  • Responsible for providing Reception support and ensuring seamless and quality customer service for all guests and employees at the company
  • Postal duties including franking
  • Be the first point of call for all guests & visitors - greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
  • Signing in and out customers, providing visitors and allocating car parking spaces
  • Answering and directing telephone calls


What experience do you require for the Receptionist?

  • A background in hospitality, Front of House or within a customer-oriented business
  • Previous experience in reception or hosting would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and well organised

What will you LOVE about the role of Receptionist /Front of House Host?
Work hours: 8 am to 5pm
Pay rate £13 p/h
