An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of the UK’s leading height, safety, rescue training company, based at their Training Academy in Old Romney, Kent.
We are specialists in our field, carrying out Safety training, Rope Access and Rescues services and providing products to world renowned organisations, worldwide.
Due to our current expansion and growth of the business we are looking to recruit dynamic salespeople to join our team. Hard work is rewarded with uncapped commission schemes, and trips away to mention but a few of the benefits of becoming part of our team!
We require different levels of sales executives, from individuals who have a vast amount of sales experience to individuals who do not have a lot of experience but are highly ambitious and have the determination to progress their career.
Your basic salary will be reflective on your previous experience in achieving required sales targets!
We only require highly ambitious individuals in order to fulfil the sales executive roles.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct outbound calls and utilise social media tools and sales techniques to prospective and existing customers.
• Active cross/up-sell of training courses and services, whilst identifying potential sales opportunities from inbound sales leads.
• Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities, in order to close. These opportunities will be based on business services/products within the existing portfolio.
• Meet with prospective/current clients at their place of work and at the Academy.
• Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base and building relationships and developing new accounts.
• The successful candidate will need to work to a sales plan process within and will need to track contact with prospects through a CRM system to actively measure the pipeline and conversions. The sales executive will need to proactively work to make connections and build relationships with new and existing contacts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience within a sales role
• Proactive, out-going, self-motivator
• Positive, pro-active “can do” attitude and ability to cope under pressure
• Confident with social media and mass marketing software
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office products.
