Crynodeb
You will work as part of our medicines management and value team to: Support the delivery of high-cost drug and biosimilar switch programmes. Maintain accurate switch tracking spreadsheets and databases. Respond to queries through the biosimilar patient helpline and inbox (within defined protocols, escalating where needed). Assist with data collection for audits, assurance returns, and governance reports. Contribute to medicines reconciliation, discharge support, and patient counselling. Promote safe and cost-effective prescribing, reducing waste and improving outcomes. See attached the job description and specification for more information.
