Crynodeb
Please see attached job description. The post holder will deliver key performance targets aimed at improving quality, reducing risk, improving patient experience and ensuring sound financial and human resource management within the clinical area. The posy holder will working closely with the Matron and the wider multi-disciplinary team (both with the unit environment and externally ) to ensure the delivery of effective pathways of care for patients within the sub specialties of the acute childrens services.
