Salary: £13,748.80
The Marlow Riley Park is a warm and inviting nursery located in the heart of Marlow, housed within a beautifully converted Salvation Army Church. Recently refurbished, the nursery enjoys a prime location, just a stone’s throw from Riley Park, the community library, and the scenic riverbank — the perfect spot for delightful duck-feeding adventures with the children. The nursery is easily accessible with excellent transport links, ensuring a convenient commute for staff and visitors alike.
We are currently seeking a Nursery Lunch Cover to join our team. This full-time role requires working 20 hours per week, from 11pm-3pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year and is not term-time only.

As an Lunch Cover, you will:
- Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times.
- Understand the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS and staff: child ratios.
- Ensure children are supervised and attended to at all times, maintaining appropriate staff: child ratios.
- Provide the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
- Over 1 years’ experience working in Early Years - Desirable
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Desirable
- Fluent in written and spoken to English - Essential
