Handyman Required
Based across the North West, majority of work in Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to start on a temp to perm basis for an organisation that specialise in residential refurbishment (private residential).
Role details:
- Duration: Long term - client is wanting this role to be temp to perm
- Duties: This role will be predominantly joinery biased, however you will be required to complete other trade based roles such as patching, painting, basic plumbing and mastic.
- Site-based role
- Once you go permanent the organisation will provide you with a vehicle
Requirements:
- CSCS Blue or Gold card (essential) - NVQ's in construction
- Referenceable experience in similar based trade roles
- Own tool kit and own PPE needed
Rate: £22-£25ph CIS or Umbrella
