As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen operation across all outlets, with a focus on event catering — from intimate weddings to large banquets and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a professional kitchen team across multiple service areas
Plan for weddings, events, and conferences with precision and organisation
Manage kitchen staffing, rotas, training, and performance
Ensure effective communication between kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams
Control food costs, stock levels, supplier relationships, and GP margins
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and legal compliance (HACCP, COSHH)
Support the overall guest experience by ensuring reliable and consistent kitchen operations
