ISC Operations Program Manager – Aerospace Sector, Yeovil
£25.88 – £38.82 per hour (depending on experience)
⏳ Full-time, temporary (up to 2 years – extensions possible)

Make your mark in aerospace.
We’re shaping the future of flight with advanced systems that power aircraft performance, safety, and efficiency. At our Yeovil site, you’ll join a team driving innovation across Environmental Control, Life Support, Hydraulics, and Control & Data Systems.

We’re looking for experienced Operations Program Managers to play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects — taking ideas from engineering design through to successful delivery. This role places you at the heart of complex, high-impact aerospace programs where precision, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential.

What you’ll be doing

- Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver project hardware timelines.

- Lead procurement and production for both in-house manufactured parts and supplier-sourced components.

- Ensure all hardware for engineering qualification is delivered on time and to spec.

- Anticipate and resolve risks that could affect quality or schedules.

- Act as the central link between engineering, operations, and suppliers — streamlining communication.

- Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practice project management.

What we’re looking for

- Proven track record in operations/program management (manufacturing or engineering environment preferred).

- Knowledge of NPI processes and hardware qualification.

- Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.

- Skilled in project management tools and methodologies.

Why this role? ✅ Competitive pay rates (£25.88–£38.82 p/h depending on experience)
✅ Work on mission-critical aerospace projects that push boundaries
✅ Gain exposure to complex, cutting-edge technology
✅ Join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
✅ Opportunities for career growth within a global industry leader

Mandatory requirements: Full BPSS security clearance (including Right to Work, DBS check, and drug screening).

Note: This role is subject to export control licensing and technical assistance agreement conditions.

If you’re ready to take ownership, drive success, and see your work make an impact in the aerospace industry, we’d love to hear from you.
