This post is for a individual who is well organised and approaches every task with a keen mindset.
You will be required to be the face and voice of Border City autos working under our sales manager. Your role will be primarily sales but will be expected to deal with our service desk and our Drivalia car rental desk which are shared equally amongst our office team.
Your sales role:
Helping customers find suitable used vehicles by understanding their needs, recommending models, arranging test drives, and explaining features. Sales professionals are responsible for building customer relationships, negotiating prices and financing, completing paperwork, and following up to ensure satisfaction, all while meeting sales targets. Strong communication, customer service, and product knowledge are essential. Shift pattern can vary to cover holidays, weekends will be required to work with two days off during the week.
Your service role:
A service advisor is the primary customer interface at an automotive service centre or dealership, acting as the liaison between customers and technicians. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, diagnosing and describing vehicle issues, scheduling appointments, communicating repair details and costs, advising on maintenance and services, and handling payments and customer queries. They need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to manage administrative tasks and customer expectations effectively.
Car rental agent role:
