About the Roles
We're looking for two talented Chefs to join our friendly kitchen team in Penrith. Whether you're an experienced Chef ready to take the lead or a developing Chef looking to build your skills, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in cooking everything from scratch using the best local and seasonal ingredients.
With a menu that changes every three months, you'll have the opportunity to work creatively with fresh produce, learn new techniques, and deliver dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Follow menu specifications, assist with ordering and stock control when required
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, completing required records
About You
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen (either as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef)
- A passion for cooking from scratch with fresh, seasonal produce
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A team player with great communication and a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic about learning, creativity, and consistency

- Competitive hourly rates from £13.50 to £15.25 (depending on experience)
